Use an image while posting
By using an image while posting will help increase engagement

Min / Max wait settings:  
Minimum 1 minute between posts, and maximum as higher as you like
Keep in mind its within seconds and you must work it out when inserting.  
waiting 5 minutes is 5 * 60 for 300 seconds, insert 300

Bumping wait:
At least 3-6 hours depending how busy a particular group is

Posting Frequency (Batch Settings)
We recommend posting to no more than 25 groups in a 24 hour period of time.
Exceeding this might put your account at risk to being limited

Joining groups 
Recommended 20 per day

Groups that require questions be answered will send a notification to your 
Facebook account to answer them separately.  When you click on it from notification
click discussions if the questions don't come up immediately.

Advanced URL Tracking
attach to any of your urls the following
?utm_source=fb_group&utm_medium=[GROUPID]&utm_campaign=[PROJECT_NAME]

*Note: if your url already contains a ? you should use & at the beginning

The Group id will be set where you use [GROUPID]
The project name will be set where you use [PROJECT_NAME]
